I had such a great experience here with Lincoln. Everyone was so kind, informative, and genuinely caring. They made me feel completely comfortable and never judged, which I really appreciated as a first time dog parent. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were so sweet and patient with Lincoln during the visit. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pet hotel and believe other pet owners should be aware of what happened. My dog, a French bulldog, was under their care when an incident occurred during playtime. I was told it was a “collision,” but the outcome was very serious. Within two days, my dog could barely walk and became paralyzed in his back legs. Seeing him in that condition was devastating. What is even more concerning is that no immediate action appeared to be taken when he was clearly injured. There was no sense of urgency, no proactive communication, and no indication that proper attention or care was provided at the time of the incident. As a pet owner, you trust a facility to closely monitor your dog and respond right away if something is wrong—but that did not happen here. As a result, I not only experienced the emotional distress of seeing my dog in pain, but also had to proceed with emergency surgery and significant veterinary expenses. It is difficult not to wonder whether the severity of the situation could have been reduced with proper and timely intervention. I trusted this facility to provide a safe environment for my dog, and that trust was broken. I strongly encourage anyone considering this place to ask detailed questions about supervision, safety protocols, and how injuries are handled, because in my experience, the response was inadequate. I will not be bringing my dog back. No pet should have to go through this.
