I will never forget the treatment I received from Dr. Nolan and his team when my beloved cat Kiwi was diagnosed with cancer. And I will especially never forget the jaded attitude I got from Dr. Nolan as he told me part of my family was dying. I am 25 years old, and from the moment I dropped him off for biopsy to the phone call I received about the results, I was treated like an overdramatic child. After picking kiwi up from his biopsy, I was told I would get a phone call shortly after to explain how it went. I recieved no call. For the next 4 days I called the office several times, anxiously waiting to hear if my baby was okay or not. After 4 days of hearing someone will call me shortly, I was eventually told “I wasn’t authorized to receive information about kiwi as my name wasn’t listed on his account”. How RIDICULOUS. This is my cat of 15 years, I have taken him to several appointments, including the biopsy and signed documents! After pleading with the receptionist and having to have my mom call and give authorization (what am I 10?), I recieved a phone call from Dr. Nolan. He seemed irritated and short as he answered the questions I had about Kiwi. An experienced vet should understand the level of sensitivity and empathy when telling someone their pet will likely die in the next few weeks. I received the news with a jaded attitude, followed by little to no explanation of what the next steps are. 0 comfort and 0 care. I ended the phone call in tears and feeling lost. I eventually had to reach out to another vet at Cornell to be able to receive the information and sensitivity I should have received from Dr. Nolan in the first place. This vet with the upmost empathy explained Kiwi’s condition and how Kiwi was currently suffering and it was his time to cross the rainbow bridge, and recommended at home euthanasia options. Kiwi sadly passed on 2/16/26. He was the best kitty anybody could ask for. Bull’s Head Office made the process so much more difficult and stressful than it had to be. If your pet is suffering from a terminal illness, or you’re looking for kind vets who care in general, go anywhere else.

We are very happy with the decision to go to Bulls Head clinic. We love Dr. Heidi......Dr. Heidi takes great care to evaluate Ivy's medical care and is thorough in her approach and treatment.... I am relieved and through this last test will discover just what is this pesky anomaly is on her leg....after taking with Dr.feeling much more calm that we have nothing to fear....
